- The rates are per night and per apartment according to the information provided by the guest. If there are discrepancies at check-in in terms of number of guests and/or age of children, the values will be adjusted accordingly. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if they are beyond the capacity of each apartment.
- Daily rates start at 2:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm. If the Guest is interested in staying in the apartment, they must communicate at least 24 hours in advance with reception to check availability and prices. If the apartment is not released at the time specified above, the Hotel reserves the right to empty and release the apartment to accommodate reservations already scheduled.
- Daily rates must be fully paid or paid at check-in. We do not guarantee availability for unpaid nights. Payment for extras will be charged at check-out or when the value exceeds R$1,000.00.
- We accept credit and debit cards from the following brands: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express. We accept reais, dollars and euros. We do not accept Apple Pay, virtual credit cards, or checks as a form of payment.
- For your convenience and security, payments in cash can only be made at Reception. If you want to pay daily for your consumption, please ask reception to partially close your account.
- Presentation of an official document with photo and filling out the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) is mandatory and required by the Federal Police and Embratur.
- WE DO NOT HOST MINORS IF DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET: In accordance with Article 250 of Law 8,069, it will be necessary to present an identity document (ID or birth certificate) for minors (0 to 18 years old). When minors are unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, it will be necessary to present a written and duly authenticated authorization upon check-in.
- Breakfast is complimentary and will be served in the Restaurant from 7:30 am to 10:30 am daily. Lunches, dinners, snacks and guests with contracted boarding arrangements will be served from 12pm to 10pm, subject to a 12% service charge. The Pool Bar's opening hours are from 8am until 10pm. WE DO NOT OFFER room service, except for breakfast, depending on the fee to be consulted at reception.
- It is not permitted to remove breakfast food for consumption outside the place designated for breakfast, with consumption being restricted to the time and place designated for it.
- Complimentary 01 (one) space per apartment. Vacancies subject to availability. If there are no spaces on the property, nearby parking will be available. For more than one car per apartment, the second will pay a daily rate of R$50.00/day, if spaces are available.
- The hotel is not responsible for objects and valuables left in the apartments, in social areas, service areas or inside vehicles. For your safety and comfort, use the apartment safe. Please do not forget your safe password, it must be open at the time of check out. If you forget your password, this may incur a cost of R$ 200.00 to unlock the safe, depending on verification from case to case.
- Cleaning of the apartments will be carried out daily between 9am and 4pm. To do so, the guest must indicate that they want cleaning by means of the green light on the Energy Controller switch, next to the entrance door. If the apartment is marked as “DO NOT DISTURB” (red light) or occupied by the Guest during this period, cleaning will not be carried out.
- The reception offers the possibility of renting beach chairs and umbrellas. Rental is daily and items must be collected and subsequently returned by the deadline of 7pm on the current day, at the reception itself. Reclining Chair R$ 5.00, Umbrella R$ 3.00, and Non-Reclining Chair R$ 3.00
- Daily our guests are entitled to one beach towel per towel card. It must be returned to the bar by 8pm. Loss or damage to a beach towel will result in a charge of R$75.00 and loss of a towel card will incur a charge of R$75.00, for each lost or damaged item.
- The consumption of cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars or any other smoking product, whether or not derived from tobacco, is not permitted inside the apartments or their balconies. If signs of smoke are identified in the apartment, the hotel will charge a cleaning and deodorization fee, corresponding to the current value of 2 daily rates. Time needed to repair the damage.
- Consumption of drinks and food not purchased at the Hotel in the Hotel's common areas is not permitted.
- Any type of sound or noise that may interfere with the peace of mind of other guests is not permitted, and it is also established that after 10pm quiet hours must be respected.
- Visits of people not included in the reservation/apartment are not permitted on the hotel premises and apartments, and they must wait at the Hotel reception. For companions staying in the same apartment as guests who have already checked in, the hotel will charge an additional amount (daily supplement) per day of accommodation if the daily rate is less than the number of people staying. There is no minimum length of stay in the apartment without an additional charge. Completing the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) is also mandatory and required by the Federal Police and Embratur in the case of companions.
- If you wish to reward any professional on our team, we suggest you do so directly to them. At the Hotel, the Service Tax and the “Tourist Tax” are charged, in the amount of R$3.00 per day. It is a tax collected by the City of Búzios and used for improvements and maintenance of streets, beaches, tourist attractions, among others.
- Late Check-out Policy (check-out after midday): Check-out time: 12pm. Departure until 5pm (late check-out) will only be authorized subject to availability and there may be a charge of up to one night.
- Early Check-in Policy (entry before 2pm): Check-in time: 2pm. Entry before this time (early check-in) will only be permitted subject to availability and there may be a charge of up to one night.
- Forgotten objects will be stored in the Lost and Found Department for a period of 30 days. Any food, drink and/or perishable products will be discarded immediately after check-out.
- In accordance with Article 1 of Law 14,592, it is prohibited to sell, offer, supply, deliver and allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages, even free of charge, to minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age on the hotel premises.
- Any and all damage caused by the guest or their dependents to the facilities and items in the apartments and other hotel facilities will be charged, as compensation, according to the market value or repair cost.
- We do not accept pets of any kind.
- If the guest violates this hotel's regulations, exhibits anti-social behavior or fails to pay the bill when presented, they may be asked to vacate the apartment and leave the hotel without prejudice to other legal measures if applicable.
- If you are using any type of transport for your return, please check the night before your departure, at reception, for information about the time they will pick you up.
- Cancellation Policy: a) In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance. b) Cancellation request: b.1) Low Season (03/01 to 12/22) - Up to 10 days in advance free of charge, after 50% of the total b.2) High Season (12/23 to 02/28) - Up to 30 days in advance free of charge, after 50% of the total b.3) Holidays - Up to 30 days in advance free of charge, after 100% of the total b.4) With less than 24 hours or no show** (no show on the day of arrival), there will be no refund and no right to credit. **No show is a cancellation without cancellation, that is, when the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked check-in date.
- Our Hotel has a tourism department, with products carefully selected to offer our guests the best that Búzios has to offer, without the risk of personal or financial loss, CONSULT OUR RECEPTION AND REMEMBER CHEAP CAN BE VERY EXPENSIVE!
- The Hotel does not recommend and is not responsible for purchases made from street vendors (food, tours or other activities). We warn about the possibility of food poisoning and financial losses. Always give preference to legalized commercial establishments.
- Búzios is a quiet and safe city, but as in every tourist city in the world, avoid walking alone, in dark and/or deserted places. At the beach, always keep your belongings protected.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or even interrupt your accommodation in the event of any disrespect to the Terms and Conditions described above, as well as disrespect/offenses to any Hotel employee in the performance of their duties.
