Reservations and Rates

Information about reservations, rates and occupancy.

Rates are charged per night and per room, according to the information provided in the reservation.

If there is any discrepancy at check-in regarding the number of guests or the children’s ages, rates may be adjusted. The hotel may also refuse accommodation if the room capacity is exceeded.

Check-in and Check-out

Arrival, departure and stay timing information.

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Arrival before that time may be allowed subject to availability and may incur an additional charge of up to one night.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. After that time, staying in the room depends on availability and may incur an additional charge.

Yes. Early check-in may be allowed before 2:00 PM, subject to availability. Depending on the situation, an extra charge of up to one night may apply.

Yes. Late check-out may be authorized until 8:00 PM, subject to availability. Depending on the situation, an extra charge of up to one night may apply.

Payments

Payment methods, accepted currencies and charges.

The stay must be fully paid or paid at check-in. The hotel does not guarantee availability for unpaid stays.

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Brazilian reais, US dollars and euros. Apple Pay, virtual credit cards and checks are not accepted.

Yes. Cash payments must be made only at the front desk. If you would like to pay your daily consumption as you go, you may request partial account settlements at the front desk.

Yes. The hotel may charge a service fee according to the information in force at the time of the stay, as provided in the applicable regulations. We do not charge a tourism fee.

Cancellations

Cancellation rules, no-shows and early departures.

The cancellation policy depends on the booking period. In low season, cancellations without charge may be made up to 10 days in advance. In high season, up to 60 days in advance. For holidays, the deadline is also up to 30 days in advance, with stricter rules after that.

A no-show happens when the guest does not arrive on the check-in date and does not cancel the reservation. In such cases, there is no refund and no credit, according to the applicable policy.

No. In case of early departure from the booked stay, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.

Documentation and Minors

Required documents and rules for minors.

An official photo ID and completion of the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) are mandatory, in accordance with legal requirements.

Minors must present an identity document or birth certificate. If they are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, a written and duly notarized authorization will be required at check-in.

Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar

Schedules and rules for food and beverages.

Breakfast is complimentary and is served daily in the restaurant from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

No. Taking food from breakfast is not allowed. Consumption is restricted to the designated time and place for that service.

No. We do not offer room service, except for breakfast, subject to the applicable fee available at the front desk.

Lunch, dinner and snacks are served from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 12% service charge. The pool bar operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Room, Housekeeping and Safe

Information about housekeeping, room cleaning and safe usage.

Cleaning is performed daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. To request housekeeping, the guest must leave the green light on at the energy controller next to the door. If the room is marked as “do not disturb” or occupied during this period, cleaning will not be performed.

For added security, guests are encouraged to use the room safe. At check-out, it must be left open. If the password is forgotten, a BRL 200.00 unlocking fee may apply, depending on the case.

Parking

Parking spaces, availability and parking rules.

Yes. The hotel offers 1 complimentary parking space per room, subject to availability. If there is no space on the property, a nearby parking option may be indicated. A second car may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.

Beach, Towels and Support Items

Towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach support items.

Yes. The front desk offers daily rental of beach chairs and umbrellas. Items must be picked up and returned by 7:00 PM on the same day at the front desk.

Guests are entitled to one beach towel per towel card. Towels must be returned at the bar by 8:00 PM. Loss or damage to the towel or towel card may result in a charge.

Hotel Rules and Restrictions

Rules for coexistence, quiet hours and conduct.

No. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos or any smoking product is not allowed inside the rooms or on the balconies. If signs of smoking are found, a cleaning and deodorizing fee equivalent to 2 current nightly rates may be charged.

Yes. Any noise that disturbs other guests is not allowed, and quiet hours must be respected after 10:00 PM.

No. Visitors who are not listed in the reservation are not allowed in the hotel facilities or in the rooms. Additional companions staying in the room may generate an extra charge and must also complete the FNRH.

Yes. The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or interrupt a stay in case of violation of the terms and conditions, antisocial behavior, offenses toward staff or non-payment.

No. Pets of any kind are not allowed at the hotel.

No. Food and drinks not purchased from the hotel may not be consumed in the hotel’s common areas.

No. Selling, offering, providing, delivering or allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under 18 years old is prohibited on hotel premises.

Responsibilities, Damages and Lost & Found

Forgotten items, damages and guest responsibilities.

No. The hotel is not responsible for objects and valuables left in the rooms, social areas, service areas or inside vehicles.

Forgotten items will be kept in the lost and found department for up to 30 days. Food, beverages and perishable products will be discarded immediately after check-out.

Any damage caused by the guest or their dependents to the hotel’s facilities or items will be charged according to market value or repair cost.

Tourism, Transport and Safety

Yes. The hotel has a tourism department with selected tours and products to provide more convenience and safety to guests.

No. The hotel does not recommend and is not responsible for purchases made from street vendors because of the risks of financial loss and food poisoning.

Búzios is considered a calm city, but as with any tourist destination, guests are advised to avoid dark or deserted places and always keep their belongings protected.

Yes. If you will use some kind of transportation for your return, it is recommended that you check with the front desk on the night before departure to confirm the pickup time.
